Prior to joining the company, Mr. Sanderson served as Executive Director of Laidlaw & Company (UK) Ltd., an investment banking and advisory firm. He began his career at Merrill Lynch where he spent 23 years in roles including Chairman and CEO of Merrill Lynch Canada. Subsequent to his years at Merrill Lynch, Mr. Sanderson was CEO of Instinet, Inc. and later became Chairman and CEO of Reuters Americas. Mr. Sanderson has also held leadership positions at Market XT and served as CEO of NASDAQ Europe, where he also served on the Board of Directors. Mr. Sanderson is a graduate of Brown University and received his Masters (MA) from Oxford University.

Mr. Loughlin has been our Chief Operating Officer since December 2007, as well as the Chief Operating Officer of Bonds.com Holdings. Since April of 2008, Mr. Loughlin has been acting in the same capacity at Bonds.com, Inc.

As head of global operations for the company, Mr. Loughlin is responsible for the execution of the Bonds.com, Inc.'s domestic and international business roadmap, with direct oversight over all marketing, technology and operations functions. Mr. Loughlin brings more than 13 years of technology, strategy and consulting experience across multiple industries, with a focus on the financial services sector and capital markets.

Mr. Loughlin was recently the Vice President & Managing Director of Global Strategic Solutions at Keane Inc. ( from 2004 to 2007) where he was responsible for strategic growth, client solutions, revenue and business development, delivery, marketing, analyst relations and the management of a global team of solution architects.

While at Keane, Mr. Loghlin grew his division's revenue by over 250% within 18 months by focusing on Fortune 500 clients. He began his career with Cambridge Technology Partners where he was accountable for all aspects of client delivery.

Mr. Loughlin earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance from Bentley College and an M.B.A. in International Business from Bentley's McCallum School.

Mr. Nikolson was appointed Executive Vice President of the company and President of Bonds.com, Inc. in March of 2009. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Nikolson served as Chief Growth Officer of TradeStation Group, Inc. from February 2007 until January of 2009, and also served as President of TradeStation Securities, TradeStation's principal operating subsidiary from May of 2003 until January of 2009.

Mr. Nikolson served as Chief Operating Officer of TradeStation Securities from December 2000 through April 2003. From January 1999 through December 2000, he served in various roles, including Chief Compliance Officer, at OnlineTrading.com, the predecessor to TradeStation Securities.

Mr. Nikolson previously served as director of TradeStation Europe Limited, and as TradeStation Securities' membership representative at the Boston Options Exchange, the Chicago Board Options Exchange, the Chicago Stock Exchange, the International Securities Exchange, NYSE ARCA and the Philadelphia Stock Exchange. From November 1996 to January 1999, Mr. Nikolson was a principal of Olde Discount Corporation where his roles included the direct sales supervision and management of registered representatives in a six-state region

From 1994 ro 1996, Mr. Nikolson was a derivatives analyst with National City Bank where he was responsible for overall valuation and risk management of the bank's interest rate swap portfolio and related holdings.

Mr. Nikolson received his bachelor's and master's degrees in Finance from Cleveland State University, and completed post-graduate research in International Finance at Kent State University, where he also served as a Teaching Fellow in the graduate school of business.
